Hi there, this is Melanie from the development team. I wanted to give you a quick update on the coupon code feature that we’ve recently enabled.
You can find the coupons by going to the payments tab and then to the coupons section. From there, you can view any coupons that you’ve already created or create new ones. It’s very simple to set up a coupon – you can specify the start and end dates, choose between a fixed price or percentage discount, name the coupon, and create a code.
For example, I created a coupon code called “Season 2022” that gives customers a 20% discount on their purchase if they use it starting on November 9th, 2022. You can also use the three dot dropdown menu on the right to edit or delete the coupon if needed.
To use the coupon in your funnels, make sure that the “enabled coupon codes” option under the advanced settings in the order form on the left is toggled on, then save your changes. That’s all there is to it. I’ll be sure to let you know about any future updates.
