Hi there, I’m Melanie from the dev team and I wanted to give you an update about the notification customization feature we just added to the system.
You can now fully customize your notification preferences within the app or on the web. To do this, go to the settings, then your profile, and click on the notifications tab under general.
On this page, you’ll see all the different sections where you can receive notifications, such as conversations, tasks, WordPress, and more. You can choose to receive notifications in the app, by email, or both.
We’ve also added two new notification types: one that alerts you when a new conversation is assigned to you, and another that lets you know when a task is assigned to you.
To customize your notification preferences, simply check or uncheck the options on the right side of the page for in-app and email notifications.
Once you’ve made your selections, click save in the bottom right corner. You can always come back and make changes to your notification preferences later.
